1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using any GPS tracking product or service from Alike Enterprises Private Limited ("Alike GPS," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.

2. Products and Services

2.1 GPS Tracking Device

Our GPS tracking devices are designed to track the location of vehicles. The device requires proper installation and a valid SIM card subscription to function. The device is intended for legal use only - to track vehicles that you own or have explicit authorization to track.

2.2 Tracking Software

Our tracking software includes mobile applications and web platform access. Software access is provided as a subscription service and requires active payment to continue access.

2.3 SIM Card Service

The SIM card included with the device is pre-activated with data for 1 year. After expiry, the SIM must be recharged through us to continue service. We use third-party telecom providers and service availability depends on network coverage.

3. Legal Use

You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes. You must:

Only track vehicles that you own or have explicit written authorization to track
Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding GPS tracking
Not use the device for illegal surveillance, stalking, or any criminal activity
Not tamper with or modify the device in ways that violate regulations
Obtain necessary consents from drivers/users if required by law

We are not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of our products. You assume full legal responsibility for how the device is used.

4. Purchase and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable
Payment must be completed before or upon delivery (COD available)
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification

5. Delivery

We deliver across India via courier services
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location
Delivery charges are included in the product price (free delivery)
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

6. Installation

The GPS tracker requires installation in your vehicle. You have two options:

Self Installation: We provide installation guide and wiring kit. Self-installation is at your own risk. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under warranty.
Professional Installation: We recommend having the device installed by a qualified auto electrician. Installation cost is not included in the product price.

7. Warranty

7.1 Warranty Coverage

We provide 1 year replacement warranty from the date of purchase covering:

Manufacturing defects in the GPS device
Hardware malfunction under normal use

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does NOT cover:

Physical damage (cracks, breaks, water damage)
Damage from incorrect installation or wiring
Damage from voltage surges or electrical issues
Normal wear and tear
Tampering or modification of the device
SIM card issues (network, recharge)
Software/app issues (bugs, updates)

7.3 Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty, contact us with your order details and description of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement device. You must return the defective device. Shipping costs for warranty claims may apply.

8. Subscription and Renewal

First year software and SIM are included with device purchase
Annual renewal is required after the first year to continue service
Renewal includes software access and SIM recharge
If not renewed, tracking service will stop but device remains your property
Service can be reactivated by paying renewal charges
Historical data may be deleted after 90 days of service expiry

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for vehicle theft, damage, or loss even if tracking was active
We are not liable for inaccurate location data or service interruptions
We are not liable for damages resulting from network issues, power failures, or GPS signal problems
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product

10. Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be affected by:

Cellular network coverage and reliability
GPS satellite visibility
Server maintenance and updates
Force majeure events

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products, software, and services remain with us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you:

Violate these terms and conditions
Use products for illegal purposes
Fail to pay renewal charges
Engage in activities that harm our services or other users

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
