1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Shipping
You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not been shipped yet. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone to request cancellation. Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
1.2 After Shipping
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or return the product as per our return policy below.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Return
You may return the product within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is unopened and in original sealed packaging
- Product is unused and uninstalled
- All accessories and documentation are included
- Product is in resalable condition
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or installed
- Products with activated SIM cards
- Products with physical damage
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
- Software subscriptions and renewal charges
2.3 Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order details and reason for return
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Ship the product to our address (shipping at your cost)
- Once received and inspected, refund will be processed
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund for Returned Products
For eligible returns, refund will be processed as follows:
- Refund amount = Product price minus return shipping charges
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returned product
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- For COD orders, refund via bank transfer (provide bank details)
3.2 Refund for Defective Products
If you receive a defective product (Dead on Arrival):
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence
- We will arrange replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
3.3 No Refund Cases
Refunds are NOT provided for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Software/app related issues
- Network or GPS signal issues
- Annual subscription/renewal charges
- Products returned after 7 days
4. Replacement (Warranty)
Our products come with 1 year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects:
- Report issue with description and evidence
- If defect is confirmed, replacement device will be provided
- You must return defective device (we may cover shipping)
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or installation damage

5. Subscription Refunds
Annual subscription charges (software + SIM renewal) are non-refundable once paid. This includes:
- First-year subscription (included with device)
- Annual renewal subscriptions
- Any advance payments for future periods
If you face service issues, contact support for resolution. Subscription extensions may be provided for extended service outages at our discretion.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged during shipping:
- Do not accept delivery if package is visibly damaged
- If accepted, report within 24 hours with photos
- We will arrange replacement or refund
- Damage claims after 24 hours may not be accepted
